Internal Audit Manager (MNC Retail; Limited Travelling Needs)

Our client is a leading skin care and personal care brand with international presence. We are assisting them to look for an Internal Audit Manager to join their growing team.

Position Responsibilities

• Lead & execute risk assessment, audit plan and execution, and report preparation
• Lead and supervise all audit projects, including retail store audits, functional audits, investigations and others
• Set up KPIs to monitor key business drivers & critical business process
• Partner with business operations to improve processes, achieve operating/cost efficiency, ensure shop security and revenue assurance
• Design the specific audit program to address the key areas
• Perform field audit work, collect findings, make recommendations and compile reports
• Verify implementation of corrective actions taken to address audit findings
• Perform audit work on vendors and franchisee
• Conduct internal investigations on suspected fraud events

Position Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or relevant disciplines and CPA
• A minimum of 6 years working experience, 3 years with Big 4 auditing firm & 3 years internal audit experience with multi-national company
• Retail Industry exposure is a MUST
• Analytical thinking with solid risk & control sense & judgment
• Strong influencing skill & tactful in handling potential issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Attention to details and able to diagnose issues with a holistic view
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Word
• Good spoken and written English and Cantonese
