Internal Audit Manager

Our client is a leading organization in Hong Kong, which plays a vital role in property development, property management, hospitality, facilities management and construction sector. We are seeking a talented individual to join them as an Internal Audit Manager to work closely with the growing team.

Salary: HK$ 750k to 900k annually (including bonus)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assigned internal audit/internal control project with in the designated audit profolio
• Perform compliance duties to monitor business operations in compliance with internal policies and controls
• Execute risk control measures business operation
• Prepare reports and analyses for providing sound financial and business recommendations to support business decisions
• Responsible for internal audit projects and initiatives to achieve the company's KPIs and strategic plan
• Enhance audit proficiencies, and continually improve audit workflows and practices
• Assist in business planning and budgeting

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant with Degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in internal audit roles or related positions in a medium to large sized organization
• Big4 or 2nd tier Audit experience is a MUST
• Experience in risk assessment, internal control, operational audit function is an advantage
• Excellent inter-personal skills, and effective communication abilities in both English and Chinese
• Good computer literacy in using Excel, Access, Powerpoint and Word
