Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development
  • Drive and implement sales strategies for ULB business to achieve the production targets, including risk management, wealth accumulation, wealth preservation & retirement planning, etc.
  • Provide coaching to financial planners on products, sales knowledge, investment funds and market insight
  • Launch campaigns to boost sales activities and no. of active agents
  • Maintain close relationship and engagement with agency & brokerage channel
  • Develop customer-centric solutions and provide joint field work support
  • Assist pending cases, liaison with underwriting, case management and operations

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 years relevant experience
  • Solid sales experience of insurance products includes unit linked plans and universal life plans
  • Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin
  • license of Insurance Authority (IA) (Paper 1,3&5)
  • Good analytical, team player and problem-solving skills
  • Require to obtain relevant license if the job involves in regulated activities
  • Welcome banking candidate with solid insurance product knowledge
