Roles and Responsibilities:
- Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development
- Drive and implement sales strategies for ULB business to achieve the production targets, including risk management, wealth accumulation, wealth preservation & retirement planning, etc.
- Provide coaching to financial planners on products, sales knowledge, investment funds and market insight
- Launch campaigns to boost sales activities and no. of active agents
- Maintain close relationship and engagement with agency & brokerage channel
- Develop customer-centric solutions and provide joint field work support
- Assist pending cases, liaison with underwriting, case management and operations
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years relevant experience
- Solid sales experience of insurance products includes unit linked plans and universal life plans
- Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin
- license of Insurance Authority (IA) (Paper 1,3&5)
- Good analytical, team player and problem-solving skills
- Require to obtain relevant license if the job involves in regulated activities
- Welcome banking candidate with solid insurance product knowledge
