Our client is a historical well-established company. They are looking for a HR & Administration Manager who will report to the Head of HR & Administration and manage a team of admin staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full range of administrative support including office renovation, office relocation, procurement, facilities management, and equipment maintenance, etc
  • Maintain filing system and confidential information
  • Closely liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations
  • Prepare annual budgets, monitor, and control office expenses
  • Organize staff events and activities
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resource or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in sizable companies, in which 3 years in managerial capacity
  • A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-minded, responsible, proactive, hands-on, and positive attitude
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
