Our client is a historical well-established company. They are looking for a HR & Administration Manager who will report to the Head of HR & Administration and manage a team of admin staff.
- Provide full range of administrative support including office renovation, office relocation, procurement, facilities management, and equipment maintenance, etc
- Maintain filing system and confidential information
- Closely liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations
- Prepare annual budgets, monitor, and control office expenses
- Organize staff events and activities
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Degree holder in Human Resource or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in sizable companies, in which 3 years in managerial capacity
- A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-minded, responsible, proactive, hands-on, and positive attitude
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
