HR Manager, Operation & Mobility (up to 55k)

Our client is a leading electronics manufacturing company and is currently looking for a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join their Hong Kong office. This is an exceptional opportunity for an outstanding candidate whom is passionate about delivery and exceeding expectations. The successful candidate will be capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the HR team to ensure their performance meets the company standard
• Oversee the HR operation and provide professional HR advice for HK and regional offices, including but not limited to compensation & benefits, mobility, and employee relations.
• Review HR policies, procedures and workflow to ensure they are in compliance with company policies and local regulations
• Work closely with relevant parties internally and externally for striving excellence
• Support HR initiatives as assigned by the management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of experience in all round HR, including 3 years in managerial level
• Strong organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, trust and confidentiality
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
