Our client is a leading Chinese financial services firm headquartered in HK.
Reporting to the Senior HR manager, the role will focus in managing performance management process and executing analysis reports whilst driving training and performance management for Hong Kong. You will also support HR policies review as needed to align with the company's strategy. Ad hoc projects will also be assigned as required.
Degree qualification or above in Human Resources with a minimum of 6 years of experience as an HR Generalist/shared services preferably gained from financial services organisations.
Experience working for chinese firms will be highly advantageous
Detail oriented with excellent analytical skills who is able to thrive independently
Strong communication skills, proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin
