Our client is a global premium consumer brand. They are now looking for a sales manager for their Horeca channel. Objective of this sales manager is to further develop and implement the strategy and drive the brand business results and image through field sales management.

Job Duties

  • Execute the HoReCa channel strategy
  • Seek and execute opportunities to further grow the base of customers and consumers
  • Drive the organisation's business results by making tactical and operational decisions by building the department in a sustainable way
  • Build a strong team where teammembers collaborate effectively and understand their shared goals and purpose


  • University degree in Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Economics or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years Sales Management experience, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results
  • * Has consistently demonstrated success in a number of challenging and diverse sales roles
  • .* Successful track record of managing and developing people with proven leadership ability to drive and motivate sales team.
