Our client is one of world's leading Consumer Good groups with reputable brands. They are looking for a high caliber Head of Sales to manage existing key accounts, develop new potential accounts, as well as come up with highly effective go-to-market strategies in maximizing business performance and brand activation of respective brands and channels.

Leading a dynamic sizable team, the successful calibre will be expected to:

  • Define and execute sales and trade strategies and plans for all channels, including and not limited to Open Trade, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing in line with business requirements and customers vision
  • Set and achieve competitive business targets/KPIs
  • Lead development of customer relationship including joint business planning and key customer engagement
  • Deliver sales and market share results for all channels included and not limited to day to day pricing, account activities planning, negotiation, implementation, as well as account planning and trading terms negotiation
  • Closely collaborate with multiple peer groups (marketing, supply chain, HR, finance, etc.) and regional headquarter to ensure alignment of categories, channels, shoppers trends and customer's needs
  • Prepare business review and presentation with customers in regular basis
  • Ensure adherence to Company principles and policies, safety and legal regulations
  • Be responsible for coaching, career development and succession planning key account team members

Successful candidates should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably business related discipline
  • Ten years' all rounded sales management experience in FMCG industry managed multiple brands, at five years sales management experience for nutrition and/or infant formula products
  • Proven successful track record in achieving business KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results
  • Energetic and commercial-savvy with solid experience directly managing major key accounts within Hong Kong
  • Strategic business thinker and thought leader with strong leadership competence and ability to work under stress and limited resources
  • Agile, detail-oriented, organized, result-driven, analytical and customer-centric with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in both written and verbal English and Cantonese a must
