Responsibilities

  • Lead the QA team across the whole Technology function
  • To design and develop QA strategies supporting the entire Organization
  • Guide and support the QA team for hands-on deliveries
  • Help design and plan testing conditions, test scripts and test data sets during the service design stage of the service lifecycle, to ensure appropriate and adequate coverage and control.
  • Record, analyze, diagnose, report and manage test events, incidents, problems and retest dependent on agreed criteria.
  • Conduct OAT non-functional testing to verify the operational readiness of the system to be supported, and/or to become part of the production environment.
  • Perform quality audits across the various IT functions to ensure quality standards, procedures and methodologies are being followed
  • Work closely with C-suite and senior stakeholders in order to cope with the business' tranformation program
  • Collaborate with various Tech functions to carry out the Digital Transformation Program

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years' experience who has strong exposure to end to end testing & business practices.
  • Demonstrated experience as a QA Lead in leading/managing end to end testing activities.
  • Strong experience as UAT Test Lead with ability to formulate an effective UAT test strategy in a complex environment with multiple platforms.
  • Comprehensive understanding of full product development lifecycle concept to design, development, testing and implementation with emphasis on different testing types, both functional and non-functional.
  • Must have worked in an Agile environment with multiple scrum teams with ability to comprehend user stories and business impact of the same.
  • Knowledge of software testing best practices and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of testing tools for test automation and management.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills - role involves interaction with senior leadership team. Must have worked in a cross functional and cross-cultural environment.
