Our client is a global food and snacks company with worldwide presence. They are now looking for a marketing head to lead the marketing team.

Job Duties:

  • Accountable for planning, implementing and monitoring the effectiveness of marketing strategies for product positioning, product portfolio, market penetration, pricing, advertising and promotion to achieve the company's sales, and market share goals
  • Create business plans to capture market opportunities, monitor and analyze market trends and manage creative and social media agencies
  • Explore opportunity with NPD for strategic business growth
  • Lead, coach and develop the marketing team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline
  • 10 years and above of marketing management experience in multinational or FMCG companies
  • Strategically and possess strong business acumen
  • High level communication and negotiation skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
