A leading restaurant chain is looking for a head of marketing to drive total marketing journey, from marketing planning and budgeting, brand building, new product development, media planning, social media, loyalty building to consumer activation for their Hong Kong and Macau stores.

Leading a team of around ten, this role will be responsible for the following,

  • Develop marketing strategies in line with business and marketing objectives to ensure maximizing annual sales and profitability target
  • Lead the team for the execution of approved plans, including new product launches, ATL and BTL communications activities
  • Manage creative and social media agencies, drive eMarketing strategy and retention program
  • Partner closely with R&D team on product development and price setting to ensure timely and effective launch of new products and packaging
  • Conduct brand research studies, collect and analyze trade and competitive information timely and complete post-campaign analysis and reporting
  • Plan, develop and manage the marketing events and customer campaigns through all stages of marketing plan development
  • Drive innovative, holistic initiatives with corporate partners for co-brand opportunity

Successful caliber shall possess,

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or the equivalent or similar discipline
  • 12-18 years' relevant experience with at least 8 years' managerial experience in the fastfood or fast moving consumer retail chain industries
  • Strategic marketing leader who enjoys rolling the sleeves up and visiting stores to under consumer needs down to an operational level
  • Excellent leadership, project and budget management skills to drive ideas and opportunities through to completion and measure return on investment
  • Influential, engaging with positive mindset and is willing to take calculated risks
  • Creative, self-motivated with excellent experience in digital and loyalty marketing
  • Strong relationship building abilities and excellent presentation and communications skills
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese is required
