Head of Financial Planning & Analysis

Our client is a world's leading construction company with international presence. We are seeking a talented individual to join them as the Head of FP&A to lead a team of finance professionals and grow with the business.

Position Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to the CFO and lead a team of 3 finance professionals specialized in FP&A
• Managing the entire planning, budgeting and forecasting process to ensure the sustainability of financial status
• Developing and maintaining financial modelling and cash flow projection mechanism for long-term financial projection
• Formulating financial strategies to maximize returns and reduce potential risks for the business
• Overseeing the preparation of financial forecasts, business and corporate plans
• Developing performance scorecards and KPI measures to monitor and track business results against budgets and plans
• Performing regular management reporting and analysis to the Board on a timely and accurate basis with commentaries
• Overseeing and preparing management reports and analysis by business unit and function to highlight areas of risks and opportunities
• Supporting the development of various systems for the above reporting requirements and processes

Position Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• CPA Qualification is a MUST
• 15 years' or above FP&A and financial modelling experiences in large-scaled organizations
• Over 8 years of solid team management experiences
• Possess strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, sound judgment and strong ethics with impeccable integrity
• Strong knowledge in ERP systems, financial modelling, business controls and management reporting
• Excellent business acumen with strong analytical skills and critical thinking mindset
• Detail-oriented but can think creatively and out of the box
• Good communication, interpersonal, presentation and problem-solving skills
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
