My client is a well-known retail group looking for a seasoned strategic C&B specialist who is confident and familiar with the retail sector.

Job Description

Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, this incumbent will be part of the group HQ office, acting as an HR Advisor to the leadership team across the organization for C&B and rewards schemes and programs targeted to both corporate and frontline staff across the region with focus in Hong Kong and China. You will lead the design and implementation of commission schemes that aligns with the organization strategy whilst motivating retail employees. This person will proactively asses and update policies and rewards as needed to ensure market competitiveness whilst working with stakeholders on budgeting, benchmarking, compensation review, etc. Ad Hoc projects will be assigned as needed.


  • Degree qualification or above with a minimum of 8 yearsof compensation & benefits / HR projects work experience, solid exposure dealing with complex frontline commission scheme within the retail industry is a must. Candidates with less experience will be considered for a manager level.
  • Team leading experience.
  • Strong numerical sense, with flexibility for challenges and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident and independent with excellent communication skills and business savvy.
  • Knowledge using SAP is a must
  • in system implementation and C&B projects will be considered a plus.
  • Near native fluency in English is a must, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
