Our client is a global consumer products brand. They are now hiring a senior manager to focus on consumer insights across the global market.

Job Duties:

  • Build deep shopper insights capabilities and use state-of-the-art, fit-for-purpose tools and methodologies including digital commerce.

  • Execute regional shopper insights research learning plan including any online activation testing and localize insights for the priority markets

  • Support regional learning plan and innovation development in collaboration with regional team

  • Identify distinctive shopper behaviour that can be leveraged to drive conversion. Partner with local category and Customer teams to turn insights into action.

  • Analyse business and shopper data to identify shopper & customer insights
  • Understand the shopper journey to identify relevant shopping moments to target
  • Conduct regular research on site-specific UX for priority retailers across Europe
  • Codify needs to Inform and develop digital capabilities to driver iterative testing and efficiency.

Job Qualifcation

  • Degree holder with a strong category and insights background in blue chip international FMCG/consumer products company
  • Digital experience and/or the understanding of developing activations to unlock impulse considered a plus.
  • Category & Shopper Acumen, Financial & Analytical Acumen, Customer Execution and Measurement, Digital Commerce Acumen
  • Ability to navigate complex situations in a multi-cultural environment and challenge the status quo with a can do attitude
