Our client is a global fast moving consumer products. They are now hiring a GT sales to join the team.


This role is accountable for the overall GT channel and Macau business. This role will maintain strong relationships with key customers / distributor by developing joint business planning and clear target settings and objectives. To ensure excellent execution of all 3rd party field sales initiatives in HK and Macau across specific channels and customers and drive delivery of agreed targets and objectives.

Job Duties:

  • Develop profitable growth strategy for the GT channel and Macau business to achieve optimal points of distribution, ROI and increase the number and quality of displays to achieve business and category growth

  • Deliver execution through 3rd party organization to ensure delivery of the annual growth plan and coverage plan, ensuring meaningful translation of targets and measures at store level and quality delivery of agreed coverage targets, including efficient and effective route planning.

  • Align clear KPI and measurement system to drive delivery of all critical objectives and growth targets ensuring key learnings and insights are leveraged and built into future plans.

  • Build strong relationships through 3rd party organization and hold regular reviews with their top management to refresh latest goals and targets.

  • Continuously drive to improve physical availability and conversion through understanding and responding to the needs of customers.

  • Develop strong and influential relationships with key customers focused on delivering shopper, channel and category centric solutions which accelerate customer engagement and meet customer needs.

  • Build a good understanding of category Vision and perfect store and their application in the retail environment.


  • Graduate calibre, with experience in a blue chip FMCG/consumer products and customer development/field sales/distributor management.
  • Experience in customer development, distributor management and demonstrated ability to work through others in a resourceful and inspiring manner to deliver business results. Relevant experience in GT Channel / Macau is mandatory.

  • Strong track record of executing strategies that clearly measure the performance against defined KPI's.

  • Fluency in Cantonese & English
