Our client is a sizable organization with offices worldwide is looking for a General Manager, Human Resources and Administration to lead and direct various HR and admin strategies for the whole company and establish a good employer branding in the market.
Partner closely with the leadership team, this incumbent is expected to:
- Drive and execute HR initiatives fostering the organisation's mission, values and culture
- Provide advices to the leadership team to ensure manpower resources are fully utilised and allocated catering business needs
- Ensure an optimal structure and positive environment in headquarter and offices in different countries to achieve sustainable growth for both business and employees
- Review and implement manpower planning process to identify needs and react promptly to address fluctuating demand with quality and quantity
- Ensure an effective performance management system to maximize employees' capability under a driven culture
- Monitor training and development policy, identify training need and lead the implementation of related development and training programs
- Lead the employee relations programs to increase employee engagement and improve internal communications
- Ensure company actions and decisions are complied with employment-related ordinances and compliance in various countries
- Initiate strategies to ensure the stable and sufficient administration and logistic support to the company through customer-oriented and value-added approach
Successful candidates should possess:
- Bachelor holder from world's renowned universities
- Proven track record in human resources management and change management within multinationals
- Exposure in the public sector and/or the financial sector, requiring strong sense of corporate governance
- Knowledgeable in employment ordinance and HR best practices in Hong Kong, China and other global countries
- Influential people leader with holistic commercial mindset and ability to deal with ambiguity
- Strong sense of judgment with high integrity
- Excellent in communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and multi-priorities management skill
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Candidates with less seniority can be considered as Director level
