A property developer is looking for a high caliber candidate to maximize performance and profitability, as well as drive brand initiatives and people development for one of their prestige hotel properties in a prime location in Hong Kong.

Report to the hotel's owner, this role will be responsible for the following,

  • Develop and monitor the performance of financial and operational plans which support the overall objectives of the hotel and operating divisions
  • Develop annual budget and business plan, and provide recommendations for capital improvements to enhance the assets of the hotel and ensure brand loyalty
  • Oversee the delivery of superior services to all guests ensuring the utmost quality and care is delivered
  • Achieve the most efficient and effective operations with well-balanced coordination among all functions through strict discipline and corporate governance
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing plans and yield management efforts to maximize revenue generation
  • Ensure cohesiveness and productivity across teams are up to international standards

Successful caliber shall possess,

  • Bachelor's degree in hotel management, business or the equivalent or similar discipline
  • 12-18 years of stable and progressive track record managing multiple functions for well reputable hotel property(s) in Greater China, of which at least 5 years hotel general management experience within IHG brand(s) in Hong Kong
  • Must have prior hotel operations management and business development experience for a 150+ rooms hotel facility
  • Track record in maximising performance, profitability and return on investment for a hotel property in a competitive market
  • Highly energetic, result-driven and communicative with strong business acumen, leadership, problem solving, excellent multi-stakeholders, multi-priorities management skills
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese is required, Mandarin is an asset
