General Manager, Hong Kong

Our client is an Asia headquartered online platform. They are looking for a General Manager to lead their business in Hong Kong.

Leading a small team, the successful calibre will be responsible for the following,

• As part of the top management team, drive innovation, engage sustainable partnership and share best practices among the Group
• Be the P&L holder who can lead the team to generate continued business growth (revenue and profitability)
• Continuously monitor market trend and ensure products and services offered stay highly competitive in the market
• Attract, develop and retain talent to establish high performing team

Successful caliber shall possess,

• MBA or Master degree holder in marketing, e-commerce or related disciplines
• Over 5 years relevant working experience in F&B online platform within Asia
• Proven achievement in consistently achieving sales performance targets in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and limited resources
• Track record in building and retaining high performance teams
• Strategic yet hands-on, agile, resourceful and target-oriented e-business leader with exceptional commercial sense
• Highly communicative, motivated and energetic with strong business acumen, thought leadership, problem solving, excellent multi-stakeholders, multi-priorities management skills
• Natively fluent in English, while Chinese fluency is a plus
