Front Office Trading IT Application Support | Bank

The company is a multinational bank providing a wide range of financial services and products such as money market, FX, interest rate and treasury products. The company looking for front office L1/2 Trading Application Support to join their team (Based in HK) in order to provide support, maintenance and testing to applications.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and support customers trading
• Resolve trade discrepancies with counterparties by liaising with trading, sales and relevant teams
• Implementation and support of online trading platform
• Control, reconcile and resolve the trade processing exceptions
• Working with technology for implementation of new processing platforms and system enhancements
• First-line support service to (internal and external) global customer base
• Liaise with other Regional/Global IT teams in delivering and support systems, technologies and services

Requirements:

• University degree with 1 - 3 years of relevant experience within investment banking operations / front office environment
• Demonstrated understanding of FX, Money Market and Interest Rate products
• Proven skills in Excel, VBA & SQL programming
• Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment
• Fluency in both written and verbal English
