Front Office Application Support, Financial Services

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to provide 1st and 2nd level on their eTrading system
• Work closely with stakeholders including users, software engineers, QA engineers, etc.
• To provide daily system health checking, automation, monitoring & testing
• Collaborate with the global team members to support each other

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related discipline
• More than 3-year working experience in trade floor support
• With good understanding in FX, Money Market, etc.
• Strong in Excel, VBA and/ or SQL
• Creative, innovative and well-organised personnel with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, independent, diligent and able to work under pressure and overtime to execute projects
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
