FP&A Manager (China exposure)

Our client is a well-established institution with diverse businesses. They are looking for an agile candidate to provide financial analysis, planning, control, and accounting services to the business.

Responsibilities:

• Provide financial support (including monthly reporting, budgeting, forecast, Capex approval, consultancy review, and ad hoc analysis) for the business units
• Provide financial modeling and value-added analysis to support the growth of the overall business, including the evaluation of current and new business activities
• Develop business models for management's decisions, and facilitate financial performance monitoring
• Identify and monitor key business drivers, track and report on the impact
• Liaise and coordinate with multiple Finance senior stakeholders on the company's initiatives and ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting, finance or related discipline with CPA qualification
• At least 5 years of solid experience in financial or business analysis in sizable corporations, especially in the property industry
• Good business acumen and strategic thinking with strong analytical ability
• Skills in financial modeling, preferably with PRC background
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is a plus
• PRC tax knowledge is a huge advantage
