Financial Planning and Reporting Manager (MNC)

Our client is a world's leading qualify management company with 170 years of history. We are seeking a talented individual to join them as a Financial Planning and Reporting Manager to work closely with the growing team.

Position Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Financial Director
  • Develop, coordinate and consolidate budget, projection, Strat plan and latest view. Proactively identify issues and communicate to appropriate level of management to ensure financial metrics are achieved.
  • Develop structured models for business forecast and analysis on profit and loss management, working capital management and channel pricing and margin etc. Balances the need for accuracy and timeliness appropriately
  • Provide financial analysis advice and contribute to the development of business case to address business needs and issues, creatively solve problems without compromising financial integrity
  • Support in development and representation of training programs as it relates to financial planning and analytical processes, systems and tools
  • Business-partnering - Participate in cross-functional initiatives / projects and providing advices in different aspects including productivity initiatives, innovation as well as initiatives in commercial teams etc. as needed
  • Lead efforts to ensure the workplace environment supports the development of high performing team focused on continuous improvement and best practices
  • Support Greater China, regional or global initiatives and support Finance Director on ad-hoc projects

Position Requirements

  • University graduate in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines;
  • HKICPA/ ACCA qualified member;
  • At least 6 years' relevant working experience in Financial Planning and Analysis gained in a MNC;
  • Experience in working with general management and cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of financial planning and accounting and possess strong analytical skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to balance a multiple priorities simultaneously with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent leadership, communication and team building skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, decision-making and analytical abilities, verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and hands-on working experience of SAP is a plus
  • An energetic, positive and bright personality to match with the team culture
  • Fluent in English is a MUST while fluent in French is a strong asset
