Financial Analysis & Planning Manager, Travel Retail (50-60k)

Our client is a leading luxury fashion brand with international presence. We are assisting them to look for a Financial Analysis & Planning Manager to join their Travel Retail team.

Position Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Finance Director
• Act as a Business Partner to the Travel Retail Asia team to improve sales, profit, investment decisions and to drive efficient business processes while ensuring budget and forecast accuracy
• Drive business analysis including sell-in/sell-out, stock movement, costs and investments etc.
• Consult & challenge business and suggest corrective measures
• Lead financial planning process - quarterly forecasts, budget and mid-term plan for the entire P&L
• Conduct monthly P&L analysis and explain key deviations vs. budget / forecasts
• Optimize planning or controlling tools and processes to increase efficiency
• Support ad-hoc and all planning & controlling related projects

Position Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5-7 years relevant FP&A and business partnering experience
• Experiences in Retail industry is a MUST; exposure in Travel Retail is a definite advantage
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities with high attention to detail, able to work independently
• A motivated, committed, reliable and flexible person
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
