Finance Project Director, Asia (FMCG) (Contract)

Our client is a world's leading FMCG Company with more than 70 products in over 50 countries. We are seeking a talented individual to join them as a Contract Finance Project Director to lead the Regional Finance Transformation Program.

Position Responsibilities

• Being the overall program management lead for the entire Asia Finance Transformation Project - ensuring strong solutioning and deployment for cross-segment shared service, cluster and local business partnership and control
• Identifying the project hurdles, surfacing them to the right stakeholders and ensuring closure and following through to ensure delivery of the project on time
• Tracking and monitoring cost and benefits for the entire region
• Developing dashboard, reporting status, tracking risks and issues, following up on actions and escalating issues to region/global levels
• Stablishing a detailed process to assess, map and document all local process and key activities as they are performed
• Applying project management skills and methodologies including but not limited to project plans, risk mitigation, issue tracking and communication plans etc.
• Partnering with the change leader to be a change sponsor at Market level, helping facilitate change and comms interventions as required

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business or related discipline
• Proven track record in program leadership, experienced in navigating through complex transformational programs (e.g. business integration, outsourcing, new operating model, etc.)
• At least 10+ years of full-set financial controlling experiences
• Solid Regional or Global large-scaled finance transformation project management experiences
• Ability to drive a complex agenda and influence at all levels, getting results through others
• Good understanding / perspective of Finance operating model
• Ability to interact and develop relationships with all levels of associates, including senior management, to influence desired outcomes
• Strong conflict management and influencing without authority skills
• Strong communication, written and interpersonal skill
• Ability to speak fluent English is a MUST; Fluency in Chinese is preferred
