Our client is a global fashion retailer, which creates groundbreaking innovations. As one of the most well-known fashion brands in the globe, they are expanding their business development in the Asia Pacific market.

Location: Hong Kong Island

Salary: HK$50,000- 58,000 X 12months + Bonus

Position Responsibilities:

• Assistance with coordination and oversight of accounting globally across the Company
• Assistance with managing the accounting operations including the review of journal entries, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and statutory reporting
• Compile and analyze monthly statements, quarterly and annual financial statements (internal)
• Understanding intercompany transactions including determination of and accounting for intercompany recharges, and the maintenance of periodic intercompany confirmations
• Prepare various accounts schedules for month-end / year-end closing and audit requirement
• Assist in the preparation of budgeting, forecasting & cash flow projection
• Ensure workflow and procedure are complied with company policies
• Liaise with the external auditor for annual statutory audit
• Assist in Finance team development, supervise and coaching junior staff
• Other ad-hoc duties are requested

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance/Accounting with CPA or ACCA professional qualifications
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in accounting related job; with experience gained from Canadian or US company or MNC and retail industry is preferred
• A self-motivated individual with excellent analytical & communication skills and a versatile team player who could work under pressure
• Possess initiative, mature and independent
• Familiar in mid-large ERP system experience - Microsoft Dynamics preferred (D365) would be an advantage
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
