FP&A Manager (MNC beauty)

Our client is a well-known beauty company with a strong global presence. They are looking for an agile and decent candidate to handle all-rounded FP&A matters for Hong Kong & Macau markets.

Report to the Financial Controller, you will need to:

• Perform and report monthly actual client P&L, taking the lead in driving quarterly trends and annual budget
• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators, including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
• Prepare periodic reports that compare budget, forecast, and actual results to local management team
• Review economic hypothesis (pricing/customer allowances) used for Trend and Budget
• Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiency and understand ROI in marketing programs, new store rollouts as well as new projects
• Be a business partner to the commercial team to maximize profitability by providing business simulation and performance review
• Handle ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• University graduate in Finance / Accounting or related discipline with CPA qualification
• At least 8 years of working experience in general accounting and financial analysis, experience in retail industry is a MUST
• Excellent information management, organizational, problem analysis and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
• Strong command of English & Chinese, both in writing and speaking
