Finance Manager (Group Level)

Our client is a leading fashion company. They are looking for a high-caliber candidate with full set and consolidation experience to join their group finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of full sets of accounts for the Group, month-end closing, and daily accounting functions
• Prepare monthly and annual consolidated financial statements, financial analysis reports, tax computations, budgeting, and profit forecast in a timely manner
• Assist in variance analysis and provide commentary to management and reporting
• Ensure compliance in legal, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements in HK, China, and overseas countries
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or equivalent
• Qualified accountant of HKICPA / ACCA / CPA Australia
• At least 10 years of relevant finance experiences in MNCs, including external audit experience in Big 4
• Strong technical knowledge in HKFRS and PRC GAAP, familiarity with HK and PRC tax
• Experienced in all-rounded finance experiences such as full set accounting, consolidation accounting, and bookkeeping
• Excellent command of English & Chinese including Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office and ideally Flex System application
• Proactive, meticulous, multi-tasking, and able to work independently, efficiently, and under pressure in a demanding and fast pace environment
• Immediate available is preferred
