Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements of local and group level according to HK/PRC accounting standards and Corporate accounting requirements
• Review monthly/quarterly financial reports, group consolidated accounts, P&L, and balance sheet variance analysis
• Preparation of consolidation for management reports, forecasting, budgeting, and tax computations
• Liaison with external auditors and tax consultants for annual statutory audits and tax filing
• Participate in system implementation/ enhancement projects
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or equivalent qualifications
• Qualified accountant of HKICPA / ACCA / CPA Australia is preferred
• Knowledge of HK and PRC accounting rules, taxation, and regulations
• At least 9 years relevant accounting experience in general accounting, preferably from listed MNC
• Able to work under pressure with resilience and deliver quality jobs in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Proficient in MS applications and knowledge of SAP
• Immediate available is preferred
