Our client is a Hong Kong Listed Semiconductor Manufacturing Company. This is a full suite role managing a sizable team (15+ people), directly reporting to CEO. The Finance Director, Company Secretary position will be the key member of the executive team, overseeing finance and accounting, administration, legal and internal audit department in Hong Kong and China

Office Location: The Hong Kong Science Park

Salary: HK$ 1.4M to 1.7M per annum

Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the CEO, leading a team of 15 people (Hong Kong and China)
• To be accountable of full finance functions including accounting, budgeting and forecasting, management reports, tax planning, auditing, and compliance
• Responsible for full spectrum of company secretarial services and advise the Board on compliance issues on Hong Kong Listing Rules
• Handle the ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance, or a related discipline
• Qualified Accountant (HKICPA, ACCA, CPAA) is a must
• Associate member of HKICS / ICSA is a plus
• At least 10-15 years of relevant experience
• A collaborative team player and able to communicate & work well with all levels within the organization and key external stakeholders
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
