Our client is a HK renown orgranization and they are now looking for a F&B Partnership Manager for their retail channels in Hong Kong.

Job Duties

  • Drive Retail Channel Transformation through sustaining good customer experience reflected in a systematic KPI scorecard, and using it to support the ongoing confidence of right investment in the transformation strategy and facilitate the ongoing progression of the Retail Channel Transformation Plan
  • Lead the Customer Experience team members plus other partners to deliver customer journey with an aim to transform customer wagering experience
  • Conduct research to gain insights on customer experience trends and incorporate best practices into the design of customer wagering journey
  • Identify and line up external partners (F&B, merchandise etc.) and ride on their brand and competence to appeal and create new experience to our customers. Able to formulate Club favorable contract and stipulating the right KPI agreement with these partners to enable long term collaborative and successful partnership under a proper contractual structure.
  • Set up customized collaboration model and SOPs with internal and external partners to deliver desirable customer experience.
  • Act as a gatekeeper to ensure all Customer Experience activities are in compliance with Government regulations, licence requirements and internal policies. Able to take corresponding actions to address changes under pandemic situation.
  • Effectively appeal to and drive targeted customers' traffic via effective loyalty program, promotion and experience activities
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of customer experience event by devising the right KPIs, and fine tune program design and execute to improve on such metrics
  • Introduce best practices to enhance customer experience and satisfaction, and liaise with frontline managers for enhancement of customer experience
  • Develop and maintain good partnership and collaboration with internal departments, e.g. segments and marketing departments, program partners and external parties for effective launch of programs/plans
  • Achieve project-based tasks and undertake other duties as assigned by management
  • Utilize good space and mobilize resources to drive customer satisfaction and experience transformation. Devise event calendar on branch basis and successfully execute it by making good use of space

You should have:

  • Bachelor degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related discipline
  • A minimum of 8 years' relevant working experience
  • Solid experience in development and implementation of customer experience design programmes, preferably gained from retail / F&B/ service oriented business
  • Good event and project management skills
  • Contract negotiation skills and good problem-solving skills
  • High independence and high level of analytical ability
  • Strong business acumen with creative and fun ideas that are able to generate good business return
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Hands-on experience of MS office applications
