Report into the Department Head, the Estate Manager will be managing a team to strengthen a wide range of internal & external communications initiatives.
- Manage and maintain the relationship with internal & external stakeholders including residents, district councilors, government organizations & etc
- Establish communications strategies, drive community events & regular meetings
- Develop potential partners on recreational programs
- Complaint handling
- Oversee communications collateral production
- Bachelor degree is required
- At least 10 years in Community Relations within a residential facilities management set up
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, with highly developed communication skills
- Excellent command of both spoken and written skills in English and Chinese
