Our client is a renowned Engineering Firm in Hong Kong with a growing team and is currently searching for a new headcount - E&M/Building Services Training Officer to assit in the ongoing training program for their junior technicians and trainee program.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in implementing and monitoring the training programmes for new starters/trainees
- Responsible in delivery training internal training courses in practical environment
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to arrange for training timeline and schedule
- Carry out ah hoc trainings and update sessions for internal staff
Requirements:
- Higher Certificate and Diploma in Building Services/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- At least three years of in-house/consultancy Technical Training experience in E&M/BSE
- Possession of relevant Training Test Certificates will be an advantage but not necessary
- Strong computer skills and Interpersonal skills
