Our client is a global lifestyle/sports fashion brand and they are seeking high caliber in wholesale management to sustain and further develop a selective markets within their Asia Pacific region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for managing the end to end business in an assigned territory by overseeing company needs, handling daily business issues, managing company associations, recognizing business opportunities
  • Explore opportunities to build account wholesale partners in direct market across the selective markets within the Asia Pacific Region
  • Drive key commercial optimization initiatives relevant to the Region
  • Manage the relationship with global counterparts and key commercial leaders throughout the Region
  • Closely monitor market and competitor actions as well as economic conditions, so to develop strategies and take advantage or preventive actions accordingly
  • Manage the wholesale team to support the operation of business and enhance the brand image by making adjustments in relevant sections
  • Analyze sales, inventory management and pricing across the region
  • Drive global alignment and the development and implementation of international and regional Commercial initiatives within the Region
  • Regular travel to selective markets is required, around 30-40% traveling

Successful candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of wholesale experience in fashion retail within Asia Pacific
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced and multicultural environment will be highly preferred
  • Proven track record of strong network with key accounts and wholesale partners within Asia Pacific
  • Can-do, result-driven and resilience business driver who holds self to the highest performance standards
  • Possess excellent relationship building, interpersonal, presentation and influential skills
  • Has a consultative approach to achieve results and is comfortable talking to customers at all levels of responsibility, especially with the high end decision makers
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Less experienced candidate will be considered as a Senior Manager
