Director, Sales & Marketing - Residential

This real estate business is committed to real estate, asset management and technology opportunities. With a number of residential projects in HK, the company is now recruiting this Sales & Marketing lead to join team.

As the Business Director you will lead the business by driving Sales & Marketing strategies, and by initiating new investment opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients through managed agencies on Sales & Marketing strategies
• Conduct market research & analysis to develop overseas pricing strategy
• Monitor the property markets according to the Group's business need
• Identify investment opportunities, and to conduct relevant studies
• Liaise with internal as well as external stakeholders like government departments and property agencies
• Participate in ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Managing Director

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 8 years research experience in property developers or consultancy firms
• Knowledge and experience in HK residential market is a MUST
• Fast paced, flexible
• Excellent communication skills of written and verbal in English and Chinese
