Director, Marketing & Branding (Upto $1.2M)

Our client is a well-established education group in Hong Kong and they are still growing and planning to expand their footprint to Greater Bay area. They are now looking for a brand and communications expert with strong CSR experience to drive their new project of the group.

Key responsibilities:

• To plan and execute marketing and CSR activities and events, maximize media exposure/media relations through online and offline channels;
• To enhance the visibility and reputation of the group in Education industry by lobbying activities/initiatives with different communities in Hong Kong;
• To maintain and foster strong relationship internally with business units and externally with selected media, governmental bodies, schools, and other stakeholders to promote the brand image and facilitate content generation;
• To assist in cultivating the corporate citizenship within the group and to participate in the planning and organization of CSR activities for the company;
• To be responsible for the formulation, coordination, implementation and supervision of all corporate marketing and brand communications strategies for the group;

Key requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related area are preferred
• At least 12 years' experience in Branding and Corporate Communications, preferably in education field, but not a must;
• Advantage if you have strong media, agencies and partnership network, solid CSR experience is a must;
• Strong in story telling, digital content marketing and social media management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Excellent organization and people management skills
• Can work well in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace; mature and flexible with entrepreneurial mind-set and can-do attitude
• Excellent command in both Chinese and English
