Director, Alumni Affairs (Education)

This education organization has a long history in HK, with presence in over 40 countries, it is highly cognized within the region and internationally.

The organization is now hiring for an experienced Director, Alumni Affairs to join the Hong Kong Office. As the Director, Alumni Affairs of the organization, you will be responsible lead and oversee the management of all functions of the Alumni Affairs Office.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage the Alumni Affairs strategies and plans
* Enhance the alumni relations by working closely with HK and overseas associations
* Drive the alumni engagement programs to gain alumni support
* Work closely together with stakeholders in order to align with departmental direction
* Proactively communicate with team members and external parties regarding work-related issues

Requirements
* Degree in Marketing, Management, Communication or related disciplines;
* Minimum 18 years of work experience, at least 10 of which in Alumni Affairs or relevant experience in stakeholder engagement
* Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
* Strong stakeholder and project management skills
