- Expand and lead digital solutions delivery team
- Design and drive digital customer experience, roadmap and strategies in order to align with business direction
- Understand business requirements and existing constraints across digital platforms
- Communicate and gather user requirements as CoE Digital Solutions Delivery
- Work with business users, technology team, operations for product design
- Responsible for end-to-end business analysis including UAT test plan and work closely with internal and external developers for project delivery
- Bachelor degree or above in Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline
- Customer-oriented solutions expert with 10+ relevant working experiences
- Proven experiences managing/ leading a team for solutions delivery
- Experience in Business Analysis, Customer Journey Design, Product Analysis, Requirement
- Solid experience designing and driving sizable digital projects within insurance
- Experience with Agile delivery and working in Agile technical teams is crucial
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills - role involves interaction with senior leadership team. Must have worked in a cross functional and cross-cultural environment.
