Digital Product Owner Director, Financial Services

Responsibilities

• Build and lead digital product owner team from scratch
• Design and drive digital customer experience, roadmap and strategies in order to align with business direction
• Understand business requirements and existing constraints across digital platforms
• Communicate and gather user requirements as CoE Digital Product Development
• Work with business users, technology team, operations for product design
• Responsible for end-to-end business analysis including UAT test plan and work closely with internal and external developers for project delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline
• Digital Product Expert with 8+ relevant working experiences
• Proven experiences managing/ leading a team for solutions delivery
• Experience in Business Analysis, Customer Journey Design, Product Analysis, Requirement
• Solid experience designing and driving sizable digital projects within insurance
• Experience with Agile delivery and working in Agile technical teams is crucial
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills - role involves interaction with senior leadership team. Must have worked in a cross functional and cross-cultural environment.
