Designer (Bag focused)

My client is a global leader in the travel industry. They are looking for a designer to join their design team. They offer tailor-made, premium guest and in-flight amenities. They offer a very competitive salary and bonus package, medical & life insurance, and annual leave.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all Design related work are completed to the highest standard within the target budget and deadline
• Closely work and effectively communicate with operation team to ensure accurate and timely product development
• Participate in the conceptual development and inspire creativity throughout all design work
• Develop design processes and procedures to meet the needs of the business for now and future

Requirements:

• Degree in Product Design, Fashion Accessories (Bags in particular) or similar
• Working experience in product design ideally with bags
• Excellent verbal, written and presentational skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Thorough knowledge of raw materials, accessories, and product manufacturing
• Creative, energetic, innovative, open-minded, with good business sense
• With strong time management skills is required
• Proficiency in Windows and Macintosh, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Offices
