We are currently recruiting for someone to help drive the growth of our new ConnectedConsult service offering. This service will be targeting small to medium sized organisations who are either experiencing rapid growth or, who wish to overhaul their recruitment processes and mindset.

The service will offer 3 potential levels of engagement:

  1. Diagnostic - a full review of current state with recommendations for improvements
  2. Accelerator - partially embedded resources (post-Diagnostic) to quickly advance a client's upgrade agenda
  3. Outsource/Insource - deploy our staff or, onboard the client's team into a fully managed project

The key responsibilities and expectations outlined below:


  • Support branding, documentation and consulting tool development
  • Lead from the front and by example in client engagement and business development
  • Research, demonstrate and showcase advanced talent acquisition strategies and technologies
  • Work with designated ATS partners to support implementation projects
  • Ensure processes and data management requirements are well executed
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships within the business to drive business development opportunities
  • Grow, lead and develop a team to deliver against CG's values, mission, purpose and financial goals


  • Proven ability to generate new business
  • A track-record of achievement in a relevant recruitment activity, having delivered consistent and meaningful financial results - either in an agency or in-house environment
  • Effective account management skills, especially working with both small to medium sized organisations to build sustainable partnerships
  • A consultative approach, able to listen carefully and build targeted solutions
  • A naturally positive and resilient approach to work and life
