Our client, one of the leading Quality Assurance Service Provider, looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their expanding team in their commercial laboratory in HK.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Handle sample registration and release of test report.
- Handle component sorting process for chemical test and quotation.
- Handle customer enquiry on service capacity, quotation, reporting status, report contents and complaints.
- Follow up on sample status and provide regular summary report to customers
Other key requirments include:
- a min. of 2 years' relevant experience in laboratory testing company
- Fresh Graduate will also be considered with CS Coordinator title, on-job training will be provided
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese / Mandarin
- Familiar with component sorting is a plus.
- Familiar with EU/US/CA regulations/standards is an advantage.
