Key responsibilities include:

  • Handle all customer inquiries, including calls, email and online live chat
  • Handle inquiries and complaints, make bookings, confirm reservations to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain good customer relationship
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned


  • High school diploma or above
  • 2-5 year' experience in the call center, telemarketer; and with customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, independent, self-motivated
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediately available is a bonus
