Our client is a well-established multinational company. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their expanding business in Hong Kong.
Key Job Responsibilities include:
- Maintain good relationship with existing and new clients
- Provide technical support to clients on consumer goods
- Handle customer enquiry on service capacity, quotation, reporting status, report contents and complaints.
- Work closely with internal parties and ensure the service meet client's requirement.
- Analyze client's requirements and align service level.
- Involve in improvement plan in order to optimized operation process
- Setting up KPI and SOP with the purpose of monitor the performance.
Other requirements include
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in Customer Service / Key account management or other related field
- Familiar with the safety regulations of consumer goods suchs as Toys, Furniture & Food contact items.
- Excellent communication and customer facing skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
