Our client is a well-established multinational company. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their expanding business in Hong Kong.

Key Job Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain good relationship with existing and new clients
  • Provide technical support to clients on consumer goods
  • Handle customer enquiry on service capacity, quotation, reporting status, report contents and complaints.
  • Work closely with internal parties and ensure the service meet client's requirement.
  • Analyze client's requirements and align service level.
  • Involve in improvement plan in order to optimized operation process
  • Setting up KPI and SOP with the purpose of monitor the performance.

Other requirements include

  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in Customer Service / Key account management or other related field
  • Familiar with the safety regulations of consumer goods suchs as Toys, Furniture & Food contact items.
  • Excellent communication and customer facing skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
