Our Client is a well-establish multinational company. They are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their expanding business.
Key Job Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for sample registration and release of test reports.
- Handle customer enquiries on service capacity, quotation, reporting status, report contents, and complaints.
- Follow up with customers on missing information and samples.
- Provide a regular summary report to customers regarding the lab service.
Other requirements include
- Minimum of 3 years experience in laboratory testing company
- Familiar with the European safety regulations of Toys/Household products
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
