Our client is a well-established 3rd party laboratory. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join their expanding business in Hong Kong.
Key Job Responsibilities include
- Identify the operation procedure and rebuilding the core of SOP
- Provide training to junior staff in terms of hard skills and soft skills
- Analyze the performence and provide suggestion on the improvement plan.
- Provide good customer service to the client and handle their enquires.
Other requirements include:
- Familiar with the customer service operation in 3rd party laboratory
- Excellent communication and customer facing skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
