Our client is a global well-known FMCG company, they are looking for a Customer ACtivation Manager to develop all events and activities to assist key client on achieving sales target.
- Drive overall commercial performance and brand portfolio awareness and trial.
- Lead the implementation of brand activation, merchandising plan & budget allocation for all channels.
- Work with brand and trade team on brand strategy setting & operational planning
- Manage external business partners & agencies on Horeca & other channels plan.
- Assist the Group Key Account Manager in managing the trade activities planning on coverage, merchandising and distribution in HK&MAC country,
- Provide reports to management for performance evaluation and operation planning,
- At least 3-4 years Trade marketing / consumer brand activation experience preferably in a renowned FMCG company
- Strong inter-personal skills and communication skills
- Strong coordination and project management skills
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills and logical/creative thinking
- Strong business acumen & strategic thinking
- Continuous Improvement Mindset
- University graduate or above in Business Administration
