Job Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of omni-channel marketing staff to achieve revenue targets
  • Formulate and analyze communication strategies for VIP segment in order to enhance the customer journey and experience
  • Develop and further enhance the digital experience over website and applications
  • Drive effective marketing campaigns, programs and communications
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer experience is delivered

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of work experience in communications for loyalty program or targeted database
  • Team management experience is highly preferable
  • Knowledge and know how on digital channels experience
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
