Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for a portfolio of VIP clients and maintain good relationships with them
- Always be knowledgeable on latest retail market and luxury trends
- Work closely with retail tenants to drive sales and stimulating VIP customers' spendings
- Support on loyalty program development and enhancement
- Assist in CRM campaigns, partnership and event management
- Conduct report for customer behaviors and effectiveness of campaign/loyalty program
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree/Higher Diploma holder
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in CRM/customer service, preferable with experience in dealing with VIP clients
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills with excellent command of spoken and Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Connection with high net-worth clients is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Self-motivated, outgoing and high-energy personality
