Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for a portfolio of VIP clients and maintain good relationships with them
  • Always be knowledgeable on latest retail market and luxury trends
  • Work closely with retail tenants to drive sales and stimulating VIP customers' spendings
  • Support on loyalty program development and enhancement
  • Assist in CRM campaigns, partnership and event management
  • Conduct report for customer behaviors and effectiveness of campaign/loyalty program

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree/Higher Diploma holder
  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience in CRM/customer service, preferable with experience in dealing with VIP clients
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills with excellent command of spoken and Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Connection with high net-worth clients is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, outgoing and high-energy personality
