Our client is a globally well-known FMCG Group, which is looking for a Customer Activation Manager to manage and execute display strategy on confectionary and pet nutrition products.
You will be joining its Strategic Demand Team to drive DISPLAY SOLUTION and CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT for Taiwan and Hong Kong market.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, global display team, etc. on customers' needs and insights
- Plan, drive and execute display strategies to engage and activate customer
- Ensure channel and activation plans and related initiatives are influential and responsive to the market
- Stimulate and maximize conversion to purchase for business sustainability
- Degree holder in business administration, marketing, or any other related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consumer activation/engagement experience, preferably in FMCG
- Strong product knowledge, i.e. confectionery and pet nutritions
- Understand the markets, i.e. Hong Kong and Taiwan
- Strong analytic skills and business acumen
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills
