Our client is a well known beauty retailer, they're now looking for an eCommerce Manager to develop its Cross Border market.

Job Description

  • Liaise with mainland sales & marketing agencies in Tmall and other E-commerce platforms management
  • Implement marketing strategies to drive online traffic, conversion, retention, revenue and profitability through website, WeChat, other online platform, etc.
  • Manage daily E-Commerce operations including product & content management, market research, pre-sales and post-sales coordination
  • Collaborate with marketing team to drive digital marketing strategies and implement effective online campaigns
  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing team and Group/Regional Business Development in the development of full year strategic sales and executional plans across all sales channels for the country
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners. Identify needs and requirement to achieve mutual satisfaction
  • Building the pricing & promotion strategy to drive conversions
  • Assist in preparing budget, sales forecast and any ad hoc project as assigned by management
  • Developing processes and tools to improve scalability in the market
  • Compile measurement dashboards to track and analyse sales performance
  • Manage the P&L of Ecommerce platforms
  • Act as the country key contact to assigned business partners on any matters relating to the business/brands, serving as the link of communication between partners and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by the assigned business partners and deal with complaints to maintain trust and good relationship
  • Maintain local Intelligence - beauty market info, market share, distribution universe vs distribution, end consumers data
  • Proactively seek and develop region new business


  • Bachelor of Business or Marketing or Statistics with at least 5 years experiences in Ecommerce, preferably gained in beauty industry
  • Experience in mainland E-Commerce and marketing, TMALL experience is a MUST
  • Self-motivated, work proactive and fast learner
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Less experienced will be considered as Assistant Manager
